Stephen is a journalist, content and copywriter specialising in entrepreneurism, cybersecurity, sport and lifestyle.
During ten years in writing and editing, he has produced content and copy for a variety of start-ups, SMEs and global brands through Cardiff-based content creation agency, Amplified Business Content.
Stephen is former editor at Great British Entreprenuer Awards, and at cybersecurity hub, PrivSec Report.
Stephen speaks French and Italian, and has taught English to foreign language students in France, Italy and in the UK.
professional background
After graduating from Bath University with a BA in French, Italian & European Studies in 2004, Stephen undertook a CELTA certificate in Paris to teach English to foreign language students.
He improved English standards in the French capital, before teaching English in Bari (Puglia, not Penarth). He then spent two years working as English Language Tutor at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
In 2010, Stephen undertook an MA in Creative and Media Writing at Swansea University, graduating with distinction. He has since produced content and web copy for start-ups, SMEs, and global brands.
His industry experience is rooted in entrepreneurship, SME growth, sport, athlete career transition, cybersecurity, and co-working.
